I know seeds and flesh are ok in moderation, but is the skin ok? I wanna give my girls a new texture to try out. Also do the pumpkin seeds need to be cooked, or can they be given raw?

"Yes, mice can eat pumpkin skin, but it’s best to offer it in moderation. Pumpkin skin is safe and contains fiber, but it can be a bit tough, so make sure to cut it into small, manageable pieces to avoid any choking risk. Always wash the skin thoroughly to remove any pesticides or chemicals. Keep in mind that pumpkin, including its skin, should only be a treat and not a staple in their diet. A balanced diet with fresh fruits, veggies, and quality mouse food is key to keeping them healthy!"
