Hi all

Looking for some decant lines to help me on my way with starting, They dont have to be fantastic any help would be greatly appreciated! im going to try and breed exhibit worthy blues. I already have a stock of my own blues but they are nowhere close to exhibition quality. Hoping to cross black with my stock.

Also does can anyone put me on their waiting list for any surplus blues

You may want to consider trying to get the blues first. The colour of your blues may be well out and just crossing into black won't help to much.

okay thanks for the advice, the blues that i have just now have pink feet and tails :shock: not much of a starting point

I would definately get some better blues first.

I have self blue's and self blacks in my current litter, males and females (the blues may turn out to be blue burmese won't know until the points start coming in though) but the blacks do have blue burmese in their genes (mum was a himilayan from a litter of himilayans and blue burmeses) if that helps you?

Self Blue for show standards should have... just to start... blue feet and nails and a good solid dark blue coat. No white tail tips and no lighter tummy. Once the colours there... you need to concentrate on type and size, blues dont get massive size like pew and the other pale self's but they do get bigger then blacks. If your wanting blues to help you start what?
