Hello all,
I'm new to mice breeding and am fascinated by what I see. So many lovely varieties.
I'm wondering if there are any breeders out there in my area. I live in Central California and am hoping to make some nearby contacts. There seem to be plenty of breeders in S. California but as that is over three hours away I am hoping to find someone more local or who ships.

I live in Palo Alto. I don't have any show type mice but I am planning to get hold of some when/if I can. I'm still pretty far from you probably but it can't hurt to know about each other.

Hey, some people travel quite far for nice mice! Right now I'd travel about three hours for something. If I knew something nice was in TX however, I might be tempted to make it work.

Hey, dwells, definitely let's keep in touch. I have a few that are bred from pet store mice but show some promise. One seems almost to be a crude silver Dutch that I may start trying to refine. Came from a black and white with a "skull cap" (call him Mickey, duh) and a tan and white with a face mask. Also have a pretty brindle (orange and brown) and a pretty orange and tan (need to research more to know all the names). The orange and tan ("Athena") just had 17
babies! And Tiny, I can see driving hours for them, some of them are downright beautiful!
