I thought it would be useful/fun if there was a user map facility, where you can add a tag to your location - I'm sure I've seen them on other forums but I've no idea how to set one up? It would be great for people trying to find mousey people in their area!

Google maps can do it. Another group I chat with now and then has one. Not entirely sure how to do it but I could look into it. . .

Ok people "User Map" has been added to the top of the forum before "Subscriptions"

Give it a try and let me know if you have any problems with it.

I think you need to save it in your maps then click edit. then it will give you the add placemark tool.

Give it a try and let me know if you can do it, if its difficult i may need to do some kind of walk through

I did, whilst trying however, manage to move another user's map marker into the middle of the ocean :shock: :shock:

S'all sorted now and I'm steering well clear, lest I should move anyone else's Stud into the Atlantic :lol:
