Im want to try and get some blue brindles.
I have a longhair broken blue doe and a brindle male.
I know of course I wont get blue brindles in my 1st breeding.

Would it be possible to get blue brindles in my 2nd breeding if I breed brother to ssiter from the 1st breeding?

First Breeding
Brindle X blue

Offspring:
Brindle
Black(carries blue & longhair)
agouti (carries blue & longhair)

Second Breeding:
Brindle(carrying blue & longhair) X black(carrying blue & longhair)

Offspring:
blue brindle (?)
blue
agouti
black
longhair
broken

Does that look right?

It depends on the type of brindle. I think you're in America and have Avy/*, right?.

Does the brindle in the first mating carry agouti? If not, you won't get any agouti from that mating. Brindle can carry any A-locus allele except dominant yellow.

It's best not to breed brindle in longhair or rex-type coats because the markings can get diluted and smudged so you may not know for sure that the mouse is brindle. This is all the more true when introducing color dilutions like blue.
