Hi there, I am an experienced owner looking to get into breeding. I work for a vets so I am able to provide them with top quality care (I've even had one of my girls xrayed before!). I'd like to get a trio - two does and a buck - to start a very small-scale hobby. I currently have six does, four of whom I know the history of (the other two are rescues and would never be bred from), in a large 3 foot x 1.5 foot x 1.5 foot tank.

I am looking for tri-coloured, splashed or pied/broken ideally, but I am also interested in all other varieties. I am finding it impossibly hard to find any breeders at all in the south west - I am able to travel around an hour/two hours in any direction from Exeter, or pay for delivery if possible, and have an amazing cage full of toys, hides and climbing frames just waiting for its new inhabitants! Are there any south west breeders out there who can help me, please?

:O hello fellow devonian! Isn't it an absolute pain finding mice round here? I'm in north Devon near the Cornwall border. I have blue selfs, and sometimes agouti, dove and black. No pieds though. There's also a breeder in redruth I can put you in touch with, she has all of the above plus Siamese, and I think argente.

Silverwings, it is such a pain! Nice to know I am not alone though - it certainly feels that way! Do you have any females currently ready to go home?

Not currently, no. I do have some litters that will be ready in a little over 2 weeks. They're all blue (and two blue agouti, not sure on the sex of those yet).
