Sandy gave birth on Saturday morning/friday night and yesterday evening I inspected the produce.
She has eleven little gummy bears :)
But they're very very small, I've never had pinkies so small, and Sandy was only eight weeks old when she became pregnant : (

I don't think Sandy can handle eleven babies....
I've never culled before...what should I do?
:(

You could leave them four or five days, then take a peek.See if the mother is in good condition and the babies are plump with fat tails. If there are problems coping you could then remove any that weren't thriving or the males at that point.Wait and see how they are doing first if you are wanting to keep the entire litter.

If i was in your place, I would cull by gender.
Remove all bucks (Or most if the litter is buck heavy) leaving the mum with alot less babies.

If you are uncomfortable with culling, then wait for a bit like Sarah suggested and see how they do. If any of the kits get sick the momma may do the culling for you anyway.
