What happens if the doe has given birth but the babies have died or been still born, how long would you wait to rebreed. I'm tempted not to wait until 8 weeks as the doe hasn't had the strains of raising a litter.

I guess the age is a good frame of reference but the only way to know for sure is to see if the female is healthy and back to her peak. Thanks Cait.
