Aw, my ham, Peanut, is getting old too - he's almost three and he's got a little grey patch on his nose and is also getting distinctly 'ruffled'-looking. I give him linseed mixed with his usual food for it. Despite his age he still rockets 'round like a mad thing. In fact, the main reason I switched to bin cages is because I noticed that he was having real trouble getting up and down his usual Rotastak tubes (I put it down to his age). I made him a bin, with a first-floor shelf and a ramp, about five months ago now, and he's as happy as Larry, up and down, up and down, all night long
