I enjoy seeing photos of people's cull mice, and figured others might, too. I breed (too many, ha ha) several varities at the moment, merle, pied merle, pied and then banded and black, which let's me do a lot of early selection based on markings. What I'm laregly doing is gradually selecting my cull mice over a period of about a week, depending on litter size.

7 or 8 days, I'll need to double check. Blue satin banded doe should be my final cull, I could have kept her, but between her color (blue makes early selection harder), her tail tip, and the overly white belly, a lot of mice would have to die before I'd have used her. About the only thing she had going for her was that the belly was almost clean, something in having to breed out in this line. But I'm making progress overall, so it's no great loss.

Hi, I know that you said you wanted to see photos of cull mice but i was wondering how to get Merle pied?
