My reply posts keep getting lost and I get a `forbidden` message? The reply just deletes and I lose a long reply that I have just typed out in reply to someones post. When I click on `Submit`, I get the `forbidden` message and my reply post deletes and is lost. :(

I have had the forbidden message a few times and Jessierose has also experienced some issues.I am also having frequent episodes of being unable to load the page, particularly when trying to post a reply.

Copy & Paste is`nt something I ever mastered so don`t know the quickest way to do it? There is a button below a reply box that sais `save`, so if I click on that to save the post I have just typed out, does this save it? And if so, how do you retrieve it?

Highlight your message with the mouse and then press Ctrl and the letter 'C' together (or right click and select copy), and if the forum crashes go back to the (now empty) message box and press Ctrl and 'V' together, or right click and select paste. I know it's not a fix as such, but it stops me getting angry when I've typed out a long post

Thanks Sarah! Don`t know if I`ll remember all that when it comes down to practice but I`ll give it a go. I answered a post twice in `Health` this morning and twice a long reply was deleted when I clicked `reply`. It`s very frustrating. I decided to type the words `testing, testing.... posted it and then waited to see if it went through. When it did, I opened up `edit` and typed my reply in the box and it worked! Not perfect but it was better than typing a long winded reply and then losing it!
