I think this is a brilliant idea / solution and you hit the nail on the head because what I really need to do in seriously work and concentrate on my lines - Sarahc is also spot on and I'd completley forgotten (doh) Heather's chams are from pew's and vice versa.SarahY said:Why not breed one line for showing and mix the other line in with your curlies and produce better type in them? If you bred the chams for showing and bred PEW astrex, then you can concentrate purely on the coat texture, curl longevity and general type and not have to worry about colour or tan vents or any of the million other colour worries, plus good PEW outcrosses for your astrexes will be easy to find.
