ive not started breeding my micees yet as they are still a bit young. but im i nterested in this topic(i dont think i would be able to do it)i dont plan to anyway, but how is this done? thanks

Within the thread in this section there are all the mehods. I think the three main methods people use are

1) CO2 chamber
2) swing method (head trauma)
3) Pencil method (breaking the neck)

And for pinkies you've got freezing them and throwing them (hard) at the floor. You'll find everything you need in this forum

so what is the CO2 chamber? and how is the swing method done?and when u put the pinkies in the freezer how long does it take them to die?sorry for all the question just curious :?

Pinkies here are usually frozen stiff in about 5 minutes, so I'd expect they die in just a minute or two, at most. I keep my freezer super cold though, because I have to freeze my mice to a certain temperature, so it also kills certain parasites that the mice could be carrying.
