She will be within 5-7 days. This is the period of mice. Hence you do not need to know, you just have to keep them together for at least 7 days to be sure. Many breeders keep them together for two weeks (to cover two periods) or until they see first signs of pregnancy.
Btw, from my experience with ladies I can tell you that it needs more than being in season to accept a buck... :lol:

Ok, i have another question.
I house two female sisters together and i am only breeding one of them, if i have the other girl in with the boy for 10 days will the sister accept her back after those 10 days? Cause wont she smell of him etc.

From my experience being together with a buck for 10 days gives her a new smell and her sister will perhaps tease her a little bit, but I think it is never very difficult to combine females. Clean the cage carefully before you add both girls to the cage again, so the "old" girl does not feel as the owner of the cage. From my experience it is more difficult to add a new mouse if the "owner" of the cages has fresh babies.
