Whats the best way to make an automatic watering system for multiple mice enclosures?
ok, sorry bout that...DomLangowski said:Hi, welcome to our forum. Please post an introduction in our introduce yourself forum as this is part of our forum rules. Thanks
I don't want to hook a hose up to the system. Right now I am trying to make it with the bucket on top of the enclosure and then the edstrom tubing and valves running into the mouse containers. But I was told that gravity alone would not be enough pressure for the valves to work and the water to flow, so what do I do to get it to work? What other ways are the watering systems done so that you dont have to have a water bottle for each individual mouse container?Alan_Calderwood said:automatic watering systems are a great time saver but risky as they can sometimes flood boxes and drown the mice I would deffo go with a professional system as there are measures in place to prevent flooding ......if you are in the UK this is the only place I know of to get the vales and parts to set up a system. I did a far bit of searching to set up mines a few years ago
P.S if you find any where cheeper than this guy let me know as I am thinking about using a auto system again when I get set up
