I know that when you handle babies, you have to take the mum and nanny out before you handle them. But at what age can you stop worrying about the mum and nanny and just start to pick them up even if the mum or nanny can see you?

Me personally take mum and nanny out till the babies hair is through, their eyes are still shut. But its not always the case as some mums are fine with you handling the babies as the hair starts to come through. Sometimes I do do it earlier depending on how I feel mum would be, but only you your self will be able to tell how she would react. hope that helps

It is only what I am happy to do and I know my mice, yours maybe be differant, its trial and error sometimes
