I don't know where else to turn so I'm trying here......

I have a very poorly guinea pig that (ideally) I would like to euthanase, would the c02 method work for her the same as it does with Mice??

I can't take her to the vets that would only distress her more as this is the only home she's known, plus vets tend to mess up with piggies and have to inject straight into their heart which is a very painfull way to go.

I know this is too late Naomi, but I should think it would work... however the quantaty would have to be worked out for it to remain humane and not suffocate them rather than just send them gentally to sleep, or so I should expect.
