It looks like it has a darker line down the back which can be an effect of poor distribution of ticking which might mean it is a poor cinnamon.....also it looks a bit like a chocolate sable which Daisy had crop up a while ago.
It's not chocolate. It does look a bit like a poor sable but for that you'd need dominant yellow (red or fawn) and I don't think that the US/Canada has that except in the hands of a couple of breeders who imported from the UK and as far as I'm aware have not let any of the babies go yet.
I did wonder, but I was previously assured by show breeders in the US that the gene wasn't available there. It could be a PE recessive yellow? Do you know what the genes involved are, Sputnik?
I'm not sure of any of the genes involved, these are from a fish breeder who told us they now breed mice too. I won't be buying from them again though.
