Here is a pic of my merle

First of all what is her true color?
And how do I get more spots and darken her tan belly? She is being bred to a chocolate tan.

It is difficult to tell because the picture is so tiny... But she looks like a black merle from what I can see. As for your question of how to get a better tan I'm afraid I don't quite have the experience to answer.

She looks like a black tan merle to me. To improve you just have to select the best offspring to continue breeding, or breed her to something significantly better.
