I cannot kill a baby that is looking at me, so I do it just before the eyes open... I have a very small window in which I can stand killing them.

Try to look at it a different way, your not "killing" them for no reason and you will be "helping" the others by ensuring they will be healthy and happier so i don't see it as a bad thing but as a good thing by helping them.

(Its hard to word it right, this took me about 10 mins of re writing lol)
