Inbreeding is actually good, unless your doing the genes over and over again. It shouldn't hurt them at all, but i wouldn't repeditivly do it. Yes it can cause problems down the road, but if you only do it every so often nothing bad will happen. I myself have two inbred litters on the ground of mice pups. They are all 100% healthy. I'm actually going to keep some because they are beautiful stock.
