I use a hamster ball or hamster wheel but they wont go into the wheel without making my thumb bleed. How will i get my mouse into the wheel without it biting or killing meh. :lol:

If they don't want to get in one why make them? Mice don't need exercise from outside sources and hamster balls have been known to be very stressful for them.

Give them a good diet, some cardboard tubes or other things to play with and chew in the cage, some nesting material and they're happy.

I'm with Lilly: don't make the mice do something they don't want to do. It's not great for either of you! If you insist on offering them exercise opportunities, a very large wheel inside the cage is an option. Wheels marketed for mice are always too small. Try one with an adult rat on the photo. While it'll be too small for rats, it should be a good size for mice.
